Service rep. Was inexcusable about not offering to repair my car after an oil change. First he told me they could not top of my fluids in my car. Which I have been coming to for over 20 years for service. Found a $10. Oil leak and told me my brake fluids were dirty and I just had a break JOB less than 5k. David needs training badly! Now my rotators needs turned from that brake job, but I won’t bring it there.

I have been going to Weir Canyon Honda/Acura for car

I have been going to Weir Canyon Honda/Acura for car leases since 1989. I have had nothing BUT Honda's/Acura's. I have had some good experiences, some not the best, however, this last time is the very last time I will be going back to ANY Honda/Acura dealership - I will no longer be purchasing this brand of car - I'm OUT. Completely disregarding my long standing LOYALTY to this brand, this dealership chose to commit fraud by significantly reducing the equity I had in the lease I was turning in. To do this, they stooped to bumping up my turn-in mileage to 18,000 in the paperwork when it was actually 8,820. The Finance Manager (Bryan Keroles) made sure to scroll through the details of the paperwork very quickly to get me down to the signature line without me actually seeing all of these details. He assured me everything was correct. I was then contacted two days later telling me I needed to come down and resign the paperwork that same day to show the adjusted mileage of 8,820 by the Salesman, Hooman Kevyan. I had an 850 credit score, however, this place chose to run two credit checks on me. Thank you for that. I have contacted all 3 credit bureau's to dispute this. Additionally, I was not given full credit for the down payment I provided. The numbers in the lease paperwork DO NOT add up. When I contacted Hooman and Bryan about this, I was told this would be explained when I physically came in to re-sign the paperwork. Be transparent Weir Canyon Honda/Acura - the explanation is double-dealing, trickery and deceit. Committing fraud will not be tolerated. That's a promise.

I have been a loyal Acura customer for more than forty

I have been a loyal Acura customer for more than forty years. When I leased my 2019 Acura TLX from Weir Canyon Acura in 2019 I had a great experience dealing with Hooman Keyvan, the Internet Sales Manager. Based on this experience, I trusted this dealership. In January, 2022, I attempted to get information about the best way to buy out my Acura TLX lease by calling the dealership and requesting to be transferred to the finance department, but my call was handled by a sales manager. This manager gave me bad advice, saying that the best thing to do was to drive over 100 miles each way to the dealership and complete a transaction that would end up in me owning my Acura TLX. He did not give me the appropriate advice which should have been to turn over the Acura Financial Services monthly payment slip, write a check for the buy out amount and mail it to Acura Financial Services. I did not know this because my wife handles the paperwork. My bad. I ended up driving over 200 miles round trip to the dealership and signing 10 documents which amounted to me selling the car to the dealership and then buying it back from them. The net result was that I was out of pocket for approximately $250 for completing the transaction this way compared to just mailing in the check to Acura Financial Services. I trusted this dealership and did not carefully examine the documents that constituted the transaction. My bad again. Over the next few weeks I contacted both the General Sales Manager and the General Manager of Wier Canyon Acura. They refused to take any responsibility for the bad advice given to me by their Sales Manager and/or compensate me for my out-of-pocket expenses. The dealership gets one star for not having staff that had my best interest at heart and not taking responsibility for the results of bad advice. Admittedly, my mistake was to be trusting and to not carefully examine the transaction details.

As discussed on the phone and confirmed by you, my sales manager told you over the phone prior to you coming in that we could process your paperwork for you or you could go to AAA or the DMV and handle the fees and paperwork yourself. You made the choice and I’m sorry that it was the wrong one for you. We have always provided the best customer service and support we can as you admitted with the first transaction.
