Volvo Overview:
Volvo has always been synonymous with safety, and rest assured, some things never change. However, Volvo isn’t just a one-trick pony.  Volvo’s premium S80 sedan receives a restyled exterior, grille as well as a refreshed interior and more options.  Those enhancements work in unison with a choice of V-6, turbocharged V-6 and V-8 engines.

The compact XC60 crossover SUV debuted last year and was a smashing success.  The XC60 seats seven (but is intended for five), has an optional third row and has a sleeker overall design than its larger siblings, the XC70 and XC90. Volvo takes safety to the next level in the XC60 with the City Safety feature. City Safety automatically applies the brakes if it senses the XC60 is about to hit the car in front of it.

The XC70 is an off-road version of the V70 wagon and is more wagon than SUV. The XC70 has all-wheel drive and its rugged body work resembles the Subaru Outback. Both get add fuel economy but lose a bit of power, while a new grille and option packages freshen up the look and feel.

The rugged and off-road-capable XC90 full-size SUV boasts a R-Design appearance package and an optional Executive package. A 311-horsepower V-8 is plenty of power.

Sport compact enthusiasts will love the unique retro-inspired design and smooth, turbocharged power of the Volvo C30 hatchback compact coupe, which is based on the S40 compact sedan's platform.

Small families will gravitate toward the S40 sedan, which features a new five-speed manual transmission and ample turbo power.

The roomy V50 compact wagon has a 227-horsepower five-cylinder engine and a host of standard safety features.

The stylish C70 hardtop convertible gives you an advantage in winter climates, while the optional 910-watt, 14-speaker Dolby surround-sound system will encourage you to retract the top whenever possible.

The midsize S60 sport sedan has been discontinued.
