2009 Volkswagen Routan Overview

Built on the same chassis as the Chrysler and Dodge mini-vans and available in four trim levels: the S, SE, SEL and SEL Premium, the Routan adds a classic and trendy look and feel to a class that usually errs on the side of boring.
With the choice between two engines, a 3.8-liter, 197-horsepower V-6 and a 4.0-liter, 251-horsepower V-6, the Routan allows you to stay young at heart, while being responsible as ever. The Routan gets between 16-17 MPG city and 23-25 MPG highway and is comparable in power and fuel efficiency to the Honda Odyssey, Toyota Sienna and Hyundai Entourage.
