The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs roughly the same to get the Astra to the dealership as the Yaris. The Saturn Astra guzzles a lot of gas compared to the Toyota Yaris. As far as gas mileage, the Toyota Yaris is a little better than the Saturn Astra, but not by much. With respect to MSRP, the Toyota Yaris costs tremendously less than the Saturn Astra.

Utility
The Toyota Yaris and the Saturn can accommodate the same number of passengers.

Convenience
The Saturn Astra's fuel tank will need to be replenished slightly more often than the unit in the Yaris.

Dimensions
The Toyota's tank is almost the same size as the Saturn Astra's, though the Saturn's is slightly bigger.

Performance
In terms of horsepower, the Saturn Astra packs quite a punch and will knock the Toyota down a few rungs. On the flip side, note that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Warranty
The Saturn Astra and the Yaris have the same basic after-sale protection.
