Toyota Yaris vs. Kia Forte Koup Review

The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs approximately the same to get the Kia Forte Koup to the dealership as the Yaris. The Kia Forte Koup will tax your gas budget substantially more than the Toyota will. Producing an exact gas mileage evaluation is so hard that some think not even the federal government can do it, but it looks as though both the Yaris and the Yaris perform approximately comparably in terms of fuel economy. Regarding MSRP, the Kia costs considerably more than the Yaris.

Utility
The Yaris and the Forte Koup can accommodate the same number of passengers.

Convenience
The Toyota Yaris's fuel tank will need to be replenished a little more often than the unit in the Kia Forte Koup.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Yaris offers a bit more head room than the Kia, there honestly isn't much of a difference. The Yaris offers more head- and leg-room to your passengers than the Kia Forte Koup does.

Dimensions
Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the Kia Forte Koup than the Yaris because of its larger tank. The Toyota fits in smaller parking spaces than the Forte Koup. The Kia Forte Koup's longer wheelbase will likely result in a smoother, more stable ride; on the flip side, the Toyota Yaris may give a sprier feel in daily traffic.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Kia Forte Koup packs quite a punch and will knock the Toyota Yaris down a few rungs. However, note that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Handling
With its tighter turning circle, the Toyota Yaris is quite certainly more agile than the Kia, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; however, keep in mind that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.

Drivetrain
The Kia Forte Koup's engine is significantly larger than the Toyota Yaris's. Keep in mind that larger engines may use more gasoline than smaller ones. The Kia packs quite a wallop compared to the Toyota Yaris with respect to torque, which is roughly equivalent to acceleration. Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the Kia Forte Koup is considerably more powerful than the Yaris.

Warranty
The basic after-sale protection that comes with the Toyota Yaris isn't quite as generous as the Kia Forte Koup's.
