Toyota Venza vs. Lincoln MKT Review

The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs approximately the same to get the Venza to the dealership as the Lincoln MKT. When it comes to gas mileage, the Toyota Venza beats the Lincoln. When it comes to gas mileage, the Toyota Venza has the Lincoln MKT beat. The Toyota Venza is tremendously less expensive than the Lincoln MKT with respect to MSRP.

Utility
The Lincoln MKT will definitely prove more practical than the Venza for those of you with frequent child-cargo. The Lincoln MKT outpulls the Toyota Venza by a massive margin.

Convenience
The Lincoln MKT's fuel tank will need to be replenished a bit more often than the unit in the Toyota.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Lincoln MKT offers a bit more head room than the Venza, there honestly isn't much of a difference. The ampler interior dimensions of the Lincoln MKT make it roomier for your passengers than the Toyota Venza.

Dimensions
The MKT is considerably more bulky than the Toyota Venza. The Toyota Venza's tank is roughly the same size as the Lincoln's, though the Lincoln MKT's is a little larger. The Toyota Venza and the MKT compete for the same parking spaces. The Toyota Venza's shorter wheelbase may produce a less-settled highway ride but a sprier feel in daily traffic than the Lincoln MKT.

Handling
With their similar turning radii, the Toyota Venza and the Lincoln quite certainly handle almost the same into and out of tight spots.

The Venza's engine is substantially smaller than the MKT's. Keep in mind that smaller engines can be stressed more; however, smaller engines are often cheaper to fix.
