Toyota Venza vs. Infiniti EX35 Review

The Infiniti EX35 and the Toyota Venza can accommodate the same number of passengers.

Dimensions
The Venza's tank is approximately the same size as the Infiniti EX35's, though the Infiniti's is a tad bigger. The Infiniti EX35 and the Venza compete for the same parking spaces.

Convenience
You'll most certainly take the Toyota for a fill-up about as often as the Infiniti EX35.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. The Toyota Venza is considerably cheaper to get to the dealership than the Infiniti EX35. Producing a precise gas mileage evaluation is so tough that some think not even the federal government can do it, but it looks as though both the Toyota Venza and the Toyota Venza perform approximately comparably when it comes to gas mileage. When it comes to gas mileage, the Toyota Venza is slightly better than the Infiniti EX35, but not by much. Regarding MSRP, the Infiniti EX35 costs considerably more than the Toyota Venza.

Handling
With its tighter turning circle, the Infiniti EX35 is most certainly nimbler than the Toyota Venza, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; on the flip side, bear in mind that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.

Drivetrain
The Infiniti EX35 has a larger engine than the Toyota. Remember that smaller engines typically get better gas mileage, but a smaller engine usually has to work a little harder. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the Infiniti EX35 is significantly more powerful than the Toyota Venza. Torque equals pickup, and the EX35 will have picked up and gone by the time the Toyota Venza finally gets moving.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Infiniti EX35 offers a bit more head room than the Toyota Venza, there honestly isn't much of a difference. The Toyota offers more head- and leg-room to your passengers than the EX35 does.

Warranty
The basic after-sale protection that comes with the Toyota isn't quite as generous as the Infiniti EX35's.
