Performance
With respect to horsepower, the Sienna packs quite a wallop and will knock the Kia Rondo down a few rungs. On the flip side, keep in mind that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Dimensions
The Toyota Sienna is substantially heavier than the Kia Rondo. Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the Toyota Sienna than the Kia Rondo because of its bigger tank. The Rondo and the Toyota Sienna compete for the same parking spaces. The Toyota's longer wheelbase will result in a smoother, more stable ride; however, the Kia Rondo may give a more maneuverable feel in daily traffic.

Convenience
You'll quite certainly have to take the Kia for a fill-up more often than the Sienna because of its tank size and fuel economy.
