2009 Toyota Sienna Overview
The 2009 Toyota Sienna is more than a minivan. It is a spacious vehicle with a breadth of standard options that will please soccer moms and average Joes alike.

Seating for seven or eight people (depending on the seat configuration you choose) makes the Sienna one of the roomiest passenger vans on the market. It comes in one of four trims; the CE, LE, XLE, and Limited editions. Each of the trims has a 3.5-liter V-6, which is controlled by a five-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. All trims get 17 MPG in the city and 23 MPG on the freeway. Also, all models except for the CE are available in either front or all-wheel drive.

The CE is only available in front-wheel drive. While the number of options changes depending on the trim chosen, running boards, mud flaps and daytime running lights are optional on all models. Bluetooth compatibility and navigation system are included in the option choices for the higher end trims.

Never worry about your safety with all the extra protection provided by the Sienna. All trims have seat-mounted front and side curtain airbags. The driver and passenger airbags deploy in two stages to lessen trauma. The body of the van has side guard door beams and front and rear crumple zones to disperse impact force in case of an accident. And in case the worst happens, the Sienna offers standard emergency fuel shut-off. To further assuage any fears, the Toyota Sienna also scored five out of five stars in NHTSA crash tests, for both the driver and front passenger tests. Theft deterrents include power door and tailgate locks, and depending on the trim you can opt for an anti-theft radio.

Overall, the 2009 Toyota Sienna is the perfect minivan for a family on the go or an executive looking for a stylish and affordable car pool vehicle. Whatever your needs, quality and safety are this reliable vehicle's first concerns.
