Toyota Sequoia vs. Infiniti FX50 Review

Utility
The Toyota Sequoia will most definitely prove friendlier than the Infiniti FX50 for those of you with frequent child-cargo. The Sequoia is likely a better choice than the Infiniti FX50 in terms of transporting cargo, especially if you often need to carry a lot of stuff or large pets. The Sequoia outpulls the Infiniti by a massive margin.

Performance
With that kind of horsepower, both the Toyota Sequoia and the Infiniti FX50 are legitimate sportscars.

Dimensions
The Toyota Sequoia is substantially more bulky than the Infiniti FX50. The Infiniti FX50's tank is roughly the same size as the Toyota's, though the Toyota's is a bit bigger. The FX50 and the Toyota Sequoia compete for the same parking spaces. The Infiniti FX50's shorter wheelbase will give a more agile feel in daily traffic. On the flip side, the Toyota Sequoia is likely to have a smoother, more stable ride.

Convenience
You'll likely take the FX50 for a fill-up roughly as often as the Toyota Sequoia.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs about the same to get the Infiniti to the dealership as the Toyota. With respect to fuel economy, the Infiniti FX50 and the Toyota Sequoia don't differ much. The Infiniti FX50 is considerably pricier than the Toyota with respect to MSRP.

Handling
With their comparable turning circles, the FX50 and the Toyota likely handle roughly the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Infiniti FX50's engine isn't much larger than the Sequoia's. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the Infiniti FX50 is substantially more powerful than the Sequoia. The Sequoia could learn a lesson or two from the Infiniti FX50 in terms of pickup.

Comfort
Taller drivers will substantially enjoy the extra head room in the Infiniti FX50's front cabin compared to the Toyota Sequoia. The ampler interior dimensions of the Sequoia make it more spacious for your passengers than the Infiniti FX50.

Warranty
The basic warranty that comes with the Toyota Sequoia isn't quite as generous as the Infiniti FX50's.
