Toyota Highlander vs. Saturn VUE Review

Handling
With their similar turning circles, the Highlander and the Saturn definitely handle almost the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Saturn VUE's engine is significantly smaller than the Toyota Highlander's. Bear in mind that a smaller engine usually has to work a little harder; on the flip side, smaller engines typically get better gas mileage. The Toyota Highlander packs quite a punch compared to the Saturn VUE with respect to torque, which is the force that lets you accelerate quickly. Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the Toyota is tremendously more powerful than the Saturn VUE.

Utility
The Toyota Highlander will most certainly prove more practical than the Saturn for those of you with frequent child-cargo. Towing is considerably more the Saturn VUE's forte than it is the Toyota Highlander's.

Convenience
The Saturn VUE's fuel tank will need to be replenished slightly more often than the unit in the Toyota Highlander.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Toyota Highlander offers a bit more head room than the Saturn VUE, there honestly isn't much of a difference. The ampler interior dimensions of the Toyota Highlander make it considerably more spacious for your passengers than the Saturn VUE.

Dimensions
The Saturn VUE's tank is approximately the same size as the Toyota's, though the Toyota's is a bit bigger. The VUE and the Toyota Highlander compete for the same parking spaces.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs almost the same to get the Saturn VUE to the dealership as the Toyota. The Saturn VUE won't tax your gasoline budget considerably more than the Toyota will. Regarding fuel economy, the VUE and the Toyota Highlander don't differ much. The Toyota Highlander is substantially pricier than the Saturn VUE when it comes to MSRP.
