Dimensions
The Toyota FJ Cruiser is substantially heavier than the Saturn VUE. The Saturn and the FJ Cruiser compete for the same parking spaces.

Convenience
You'll definitely have to take the Toyota FJ Cruiser for a fill-up more often than the Saturn VUE because of its tank size and gas mileage.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs about the same to get the Saturn VUE to the dealership as the Toyota FJ Cruiser. With respect to gas mileage, the Saturn VUE and the Toyota FJ Cruiser don't differ much. The FJ Cruiser will tax your gasoline budget substantially more than the Saturn will. In terms of MSRP, the VUE costs approximately as much as the Toyota FJ Cruiser (though the Toyota FJ Cruiser is a little cheaper).

With their comparable turning circles, the Saturn VUE and the Toyota FJ Cruiser most definitely handle almost the same into and out of tight spots.

The Saturn VUE's engine is tremendously smaller than the Toyota's. Remember that smaller engines can be stressed more; on the other hand, smaller engines typically get better gas mileage. Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the FJ Cruiser is tremendously more powerful than the Saturn. Torque equals pickup, and the Toyota FJ Cruiser will have picked up and gone by the time the Saturn finally gets moving.

Comfort
Taller drivers will significantly enjoy the extra head room in the FJ Cruiser's front cabin compared to the Saturn VUE. The ampler interior dimensions of the Saturn VUE make it considerably roomier for your passengers than the Toyota FJ Cruiser.

The Toyota and the VUE have the same basic warranty.
