Toyota Camry Hybrid vs. Buick LaCrosse Review

Handling
The Buick LaCrosse and the Camry Hybrid have approximately similar tires. With its tighter turning circle, the Camry Hybrid is quite certainly nimbler than the Buick LaCrosse, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; on the flip side, remember that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.

Drivetrain
The Buick LaCrosse's engine is tremendously more sizeable than the Toyota Camry Hybrid's. Note that larger engines may use more gasoline than smaller ones. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the Buick LaCrosse is tremendously more powerful than the Toyota Camry Hybrid. The Buick LaCrosse packs quite a punch compared to the Toyota Camry Hybrid as far as torque, which is roughly equivalent to acceleration.

Utility
Drivers with frequent kid-duty might favor the Buick LaCrosse over the Toyota Camry Hybrid.

Convenience
The Buick LaCrosse's fuel tank will need to be replenished more often than the unit in the Toyota Camry Hybrid.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Buick LaCrosse offers a bit more head room than the Toyota Camry Hybrid, there really isn't much of a difference. The Toyota is not particularly roomier for your passengers than the Buick LaCrosse.

Dimensions
The Camry Hybrid is somewhat heavier than the Buick LaCrosse. The Buick LaCrosse's tank is roughly the same size as the Camry Hybrid's, though the Camry Hybrid's is a bit more capacious. The Camry Hybrid and the Buick LaCrosse compete for the same parking spaces.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs about the same to get the Toyota to the dealership as the LaCrosse. The Toyota Camry Hybrid will save you money at the pump compared to the Buick. As far as gas mileage, the Toyota Camry Hybrid beats the Buick. When it comes to MSRP, the Toyota Camry Hybrid costs about as much as the Buick (though the Buick is somewhat cheaper). The LaCrosse is quite a bit less expensive than the Toyota Camry Hybrid with respect to out-the-door price. The Camry Hybrid will save you a bundle at the pump every year compared to the Buick. The Buick LaCrosse will cost you a bunch of money in gas every year compared to the Toyota Camry Hybrid.

Overview
The basic warranty that comes with the Toyota Camry Hybrid isn't quite as generous as the Buick LaCrosse's.

Other
