Toyota Camry vs. Subaru Legacy Review

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs almost the same to get the Subaru Legacy to the dealership as the Toyota Camry. The Toyota Camry won't save you much money at the pump compared to the Subaru Legacy. There really isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the Camry is a bit more economical than the Subaru Legacy. As far as MSRP, the Subaru Legacy costs about as much as the Toyota Camry (though the Toyota Camry is slightly cheaper).

Utility
Neither the Subaru nor the Toyota Camry has a marked advantage as far as seating capacity.

Convenience
You'll likely take the Subaru Legacy for a fill-up roughly as often as the Camry.

Dimensions
The Subaru Legacy and the Toyota Camry compete for the same parking spaces.

Drivetrain
The Toyota's engine isn't much larger than the Subaru Legacy's. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the Subaru Legacy isn't much more powerful than the Toyota Camry.

Warranty
The Toyota Camry and the Subaru have the same basic after-sale protection.
