Toyota Camry vs. Ford Fusion Review

Handling
With its tighter turning circle, the Toyota is most certainly more maneuverable than the Ford Fusion, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; on the flip side, keep in mind that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.

Drivetrain
The Ford Fusion's engine is substantially smaller than the Toyota Camry's. Remember that a smaller engine usually has to work a little harder; however, smaller engines are often cheaper to fix. The Toyota Camry has no lessons to learn regarding torque from the Ford Fusion.

Utility
Neither the Toyota Camry nor the Ford has a marked advantage when it comes to seating capacity.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Toyota offers a bit more head room than the Ford Fusion, there really isn't much of a difference. While the rear of the Camry provides a bit more head- and leg-room than the Ford Fusion, there honestly isn't much of a difference.

Dimensions
The Ford Fusion's tank is almost the same size as the Camry's, though the Toyota's is a bit bigger. The Toyota Camry and the Ford Fusion compete for the same parking spaces.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs about the same to get the Ford Fusion to the dealership as the Toyota Camry. When it comes to MSRP, the Ford Fusion costs roughly as much as the Camry (though the Camry is a little cheaper).
