Toyota 4Runner vs. Land Rover LR2 Review

Handling
With their comparable turning radii, the LR2 and the Toyota 4Runner most definitely handle about the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Land Rover LR2's engine is significantly smaller than the Toyota 4Runner's. Remember that smaller engines can be stressed more; on the other hand, smaller engines typically get better gas mileage. Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the 4Runner is significantly more powerful than the LR2.

Utility
Neither the Toyota 4Runner nor the Land Rover has a marked advantage regarding seating capacity. The Toyota 4Runner is a better choice than the Land Rover as far as transporting cargo, especially if you frequently need to carry a lot of equipment or big pets. The 4Runner outpulls the Land Rover by a sizeable margin.

Convenience
The Land Rover LR2's fuel tank will need to be replenished more often than the unit in the Toyota.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the LR2 offers a bit more head room than the Toyota 4Runner, there really isn't much of a difference. The ampler interior dimensions of the Land Rover make it substantially more spacious for your passengers than the Toyota 4Runner.

Dimensions
Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the Toyota than the Land Rover LR2 because of its bigger tank. The Land Rover LR2 and the Toyota 4Runner compete for the same parking spaces.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs approximately the same to get the Toyota 4Runner to the dealership as the Land Rover LR2. Producing a precise gas mileage evaluation is so tough that some think not even the federal government can do it, but it looks as though both the Toyota and the Toyota perform approximately comparably when it comes to gas mileage. There isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the Toyota 4Runner is a little more economical than the Land Rover LR2. As far as MSRP, the Land Rover LR2 doesn't cost much less than the Toyota 4Runner.
