With their similar turning radiuses, the Chevrolet and the 4Runner quite certainly handle approximately the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Toyota's engine is slightly smaller than the Chevrolet's, but not terribly so. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the Chevrolet isn't much more powerful than the Toyota 4Runner.

Utility
The Chevrolet TrailBlazer and the Toyota 4Runner can accommodate the same number of passengers. There's no clear winner between the Toyota 4Runner and the Chevrolet TrailBlazer in terms of hauling capacity. The Chevrolet TrailBlazer outpulls the Toyota by a sizeable margin.

Convenience
The Chevrolet TrailBlazer's fuel tank will need to be replenished somewhat more often than the unit in the Toyota 4Runner.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Chevrolet TrailBlazer offers a bit more head room than the Toyota 4Runner, there frankly isn't much of a difference. The ampler interior dimensions of the TrailBlazer make it considerably more spacious for your passengers than the Toyota 4Runner.

The Chevrolet's tank is almost the same size as the Toyota 4Runner's, though the Toyota 4Runner's is a tad larger. The Toyota 4Runner and the Chevrolet compete for the same parking spaces.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs almost the same to get the Chevrolet TrailBlazer to the dealership as the 4Runner. In terms of fuel economy, the Toyota 4Runner bests the Chevrolet TrailBlazer. The Toyota 4Runner isn't much less expensive than the TrailBlazer regarding MSRP.
