In terms of fuel economy, the Suzuki XL7 and the Borrego don't differ much. The Suzuki XL7 won't save you much money at the pump compared to the Kia Borrego. The Suzuki XL7 isn't much less pricey than the Kia Borrego when it comes to MSRP.

Utility
Neither the Suzuki XL7 nor the Kia has a marked advantage as far as seating capacity. The Borrego outpulls the Suzuki XL7 by a sizeable margin.

Convenience
The Borrego's fuel tank will need to be replenished a bit more often than the unit in the Suzuki XL7.

Comfort
Taller drivers will substantially enjoy the extra head room in the Suzuki's front cabin compared to the Kia Borrego. The ampler interior dimensions of the Suzuki XL7 make it more spacious for your passengers than the Kia.

Dimensions
The Suzuki's tank is almost the same size as the Borrego's, though the Borrego's is a little larger. The Kia and the Suzuki compete for the same parking spaces.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Kia Borrego packs quite a punch and will knock the Suzuki XL7 down a few rungs. On the flip side, note that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Handling
With its tighter turning radius, the Kia Borrego is quite certainly more agile than the Suzuki XL7, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; on the other hand, bear in mind that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.
