Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs approximately the same to get the Scion to the dealership as the Suzuki SX4.
There isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the Suzuki is a bit more economical than the Scion.
With respect to fuel economy, the Suzuki SX4 and the tC don't differ much.

The Scion's longer wheelbase will likely result in a smoother, more stable ride; on the flip side, the Suzuki SX4 may give a nimbler feel in daily traffic.

With their comparable turning radii, the SX4 and the tC most certainly handle approximately the same into and out of tight spots.
Drivetrain
The Scion has a larger engine than the Suzuki SX4. Keep in mind that smaller engines are often cheaper to fix, but smaller engines can be stressed more.
Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the Scion tC is substantially more powerful than the Suzuki SX4.
The SX4 could learn a lesson or two from the Scion tC in terms of torque.
