The Nissan Altima is tremendously heavier than the Suzuki SX4. Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the Nissan Altima than the Suzuki SX4 because of its bigger tank. The SX4 fits in smaller parking spaces than the Nissan Altima. The Suzuki SX4's shorter wheelbase may produce a less-settled highway ride but a more agile feel in daily traffic than the Altima.

Convenience
You'll most definitely have to take the Suzuki SX4 for a fill-up more often than the Nissan Altima because of its tank size and fuel economy.
