Suzuki Grand Vitara vs. Kia Sportage Review

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. The Kia Sportage is substantially cheaper to get to the dealership than the Suzuki Grand Vitara. Producing a precise gas mileage evaluation is so difficult that some think not even the federal government can do it, but it looks as though both the Suzuki Grand Vitara and the Suzuki Grand Vitara perform almost similarly as far as gas mileage. The Suzuki Grand Vitara won't save you much money at the pump compared to the Kia Sportage. Regarding MSRP, the Kia Sportage doesn't cost much less than the Grand Vitara.

Utility
The Suzuki Grand Vitara and the Kia Sportage can accommodate the same number of passengers. Towing is significantly more the Suzuki Grand Vitara's forte than it is the Sportage's.

Convenience
The Kia Sportage's fuel tank will need to be replenished slightly more often than the unit in the Suzuki Grand Vitara.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Kia Sportage offers a bit more head room than the Suzuki Grand Vitara, there honestly isn't much of a difference. While the rear of the Kia offers a bit more head- and leg-room than the Grand Vitara, there really isn't much of a difference.

Dimensions
The Kia's tank is almost the same size as the Suzuki Grand Vitara's, though the Suzuki Grand Vitara's is slightly bigger. The Sportage and the Suzuki Grand Vitara compete for the same parking spaces.

Handling
With their comparable turning radii, the Kia Sportage and the Suzuki Grand Vitara quite certainly handle about the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Suzuki Grand Vitara's engine is substantially bigger than the Kia Sportage's. Note that more massive engines may use more gasoline than smaller ones. Torque equals pickup, and the Suzuki Grand Vitara will have picked up and gone by the time the Kia finally gets moving. Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the Suzuki is significantly more powerful than the Kia Sportage.

Warranty
The basic after-sale protection that comes with the Suzuki Grand Vitara isn't quite as generous as the Kia Sportage's.
