Two new colors: Army Rock Metallic and Elusive Blue Metallic are new for 2011.

The xB is paired to a standard five-speed manual or an optional four-speed automatic transmission with manual-shift. Fuel economy estimates are quite impressive with the 2011 Scion xB: 22 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway. Other boxy, SUV-like hatchbacks include the Suzuki SX4 Crossover, Honda Element, and Chevrolet HHR.

A 160-watt Pioneer audio system with six-speakers, USB port with iPod connectivity, an auxiliary input jack, sport bucket front seats, air conditioning, cargo area under the floor, cruise contro,l and keyless entry all come standard. An optional Alpine Premium audio system with color touch-screen takes the xB to a whole new level. To ensure that you have enough cargo space, a 60/40 split folding rear seat gives you the flexibility you might need.
For those looking to customize their 2011 Scion xB, a plethora of factory-available parts are ready and waiting, including: under dash and cup holder illumination, rear spoiler, exhaust tip, shift knobs, performance shocks, and a lowering kit. Additional features include an array of aluminum alloy wheels, navigation system, and 7-inch LCD headrest monitors.
