Passengers in the backseat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Acura RDX than in the Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class, due to its greater head- and legroom. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between front seat comfort in the Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class and the Acura RDX.
