2014 Lexus LS 460 vs. 2013 Infiniti M56 Review

Comparison Review

Comfort
The Lexus LS 460 offers a bit more room for passengers in the back seat than the Infiniti M56. Offering just a little more front head- and legroom than the Lexus LS 460, drivers may find the Infiniti M56 a little roomier and somewhat more comfortable.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Lexus LS 460 as you will with the Infiniti M56, as they get the same number of miles per tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Lexus LS 460 will definitely make more of a dent in your wallet than the Infiniti M56, which has a much lower MSRP. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Lexus LS 460 and the Infiniti M56 have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
The Lexus LS 460 is a little wider than the Infiniti M56, so getting in and out of the car in a crowded parking lot may be a little more of a squeeze. If you go with the Lexus LS 460, you may be circling the block looking for a space large enough to park more often than with the Infiniti M56.

Drivetrain
With its lower torque, the Lexus LS 460 doesn't do as good a job transmitting power to its wheels as the Infiniti M56.

Handling
The Lexus LS 460 has a smaller turning radius than the Infiniti M56, allowing you to more easily maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
The Lexus LS 460 has less horsepower than the Infiniti M56, so it will probably be somewhat slower.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Lexus LS 460 and the Infiniti M56. The Lexus LS 460 has a roomier cargo area for holding your bags or other items than the Infiniti M56.

Warranty
The Infiniti M56 offers a little more coverage in its basic warranty than the Lexus LS 460.
