2017 Honda Fit vs. 2016 Honda CR-Z Review

Comparison Review

Comfort
As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Honda Fit and the Honda CR-Z in the front seats.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Honda Fit as you will with the Honda CR-Z, as they get the same number of miles per tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Based on MSRP, the Honda Fit is clearly a better financial choice over the Honda CR-Z. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Honda Fit and the Honda CR-Z have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
Since the Honda Fit is much slimmer than the Honda CR-Z, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. When looking at overall length, the Honda Fit takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the Honda CR-Z.

Drivetrain
With somewhat higher torque, the engine of the Honda Fit transmits a bit more power to the wheels than the Honda CR-Z.

Handling
The Honda Fit has a larger turning radius than the Honda CR-Z, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Honda Fit is somewhat more powerful than the Honda CR-Z.

Utility
People who frequently chauffeur around a lot of people will appreciate the Honda Fit more than the Honda CR-Z, due to its significantly greater seating capacity. With its significantly greater cargo capacity, the Honda Fit will be able to haul more equipment or luggage than the Honda CR-Z.

Warranty
The Honda Fit comes with essentially the same basic warranty as the Honda CR-Z.
