2015 Ford Fiesta vs. 2015 Toyota Corolla Review

Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Toyota Corolla than the Ford Fiesta, due to its greater head- and legroom. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Ford Fiesta and the Toyota Corolla in the front seats.

Convenience
The Toyota Corolla requires fewer visits to the gas station than the Ford Fiesta, making it more convenient to drive.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Based on MSRP, the Ford Fiesta is clearly a better financial choice over the Toyota Corolla. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Ford Fiesta and the Toyota Corolla have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
Since the Ford Fiesta is much slimmer than the Toyota Corolla, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. If you go with the Ford Fiesta, you'll have a much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with the Toyota Corolla.

Drivetrain
With its lower torque, the Ford Fiesta doesn't do as good a job transmitting power to its wheels as the Toyota Corolla.

Handling
The Ford Fiesta has a smaller turning radius than the Toyota Corolla, allowing you to more easily maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
The Ford Fiesta has less horsepower than the Toyota Corolla, so it will probably be somewhat slower.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Ford Fiesta and the Toyota Corolla. You'll be able to fit about the same amount of groceries into the Ford Fiesta as you will in the Toyota Corolla.

Warranty
The Ford Fiesta comes with essentially the same basic warranty as the Toyota Corolla.
