Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Lincoln MKT than the Cadillac CTS-V, due to its greater head- and legroom. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Cadillac CTS-V and the Lincoln MKT in the front seats.

Convenience
With the Lincoln MKT you will definitely be making less frequent stops at the gas station than with the Cadillac CTS-V, due to its tank size and fuel economy.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Cadillac CTS-V will definitely make more of a dent in your wallet than the Lincoln MKT, which has a much lower MSRP.
