2014 BMW 640 vs. 2014 Infiniti Q60 Review

Comparison Review

Comfort
Due to its greater rear head- and legroom, backseat passengers will be able to stretch out a lot more in the BMW 640 than the Infiniti Q60. Offering just a little more front head- and legroom than the BMW 640, drivers may find the Infiniti Q60 a little roomier and somewhat more comfortable.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the BMW 640 as you will with the Infiniti Q60, as they get the same number of miles per tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The BMW 640 will definitely make more of a dent in your wallet than the Infiniti Q60, which has a much lower MSRP. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The BMW 640 and the Infiniti Q60 have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
Since the BMW 640 is much wider than the Infiniti Q60, finding a wide enough spot in a parking lot may be a bit more challenging. For some people, bigger is better. If that's the case for you, then you'll be happier with the BMW 640, which is slightly longer than the Infiniti Q60.

Drivetrain
With somewhat higher torque, the engine of the BMW 640 transmits a bit more power to the wheels than the Infiniti Q60.

Handling
The BMW 640 has a larger turning radius than the Infiniti Q60, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
The BMW 640 has less horsepower than the Infiniti Q60, so it will probably be somewhat slower.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the BMW 640 and the Infiniti Q60. The BMW 640 has a roomier cargo area for holding your bags or other items than the Infiniti Q60.

Warranty
The Infiniti Q60 offers a little more coverage in its basic warranty than the BMW 640.
