Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the BMW 428 than the BMW 135, due to its greater head- and legroom. The BMW 428 will be a favorite with taller drivers due to its greater front head- and legroom than the BMW 135.

Convenience
With the BMW 428 you will definitely be making less frequent stops at the gas station than with the BMW 135, due to its tank size and fuel economy.
