2015 Audi TT vs. 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Review

Comparison Review

Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Mercedes-Benz C-Class than the Audi TT, due to its greater head- and legroom. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Audi TT and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class in the front seats.

You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Audi TT as you will with the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, as they get the same number of miles per tank of gas.

There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). When looking only at MSRP, the Audi TT will have less of an impact on your bank account than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Audi TT and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class have similar Destination Charges.

Since the Audi TT is much wider than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, finding a wide enough spot in a parking lot may be a bit more challenging. If you go with the Audi TT, you'll have a much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

With its lower torque, the Audi TT doesn't do as good a job transmitting power to its wheels as the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

The Audi TT has about the same turning radius as the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, allowing equal maneuverability in and out of tight spots.

When it comes to horsepower, the Audi TT is significantly less powerful than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class. The good news is that, reportedly, cars with lower horsepower engines often have lower insurance premiums.

In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Audi TT and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class. With its significantly greater cargo capacity, the Audi TT will be able to haul more equipment or luggage than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

The Audi TT comes with essentially the same basic warranty as the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
