Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Kia Optima Hybrid than the Acura ILX, due to its greater head- and legroom. The Kia Optima Hybrid will be a favorite with taller drivers due to its greater front head- and legroom than the Acura ILX.

Convenience
With the Kia Optima Hybrid you will definitely be making less frequent stops at the gas station than with the Acura ILX, due to its tank size and fuel economy.

Cost
