Performance
With that kind of horsepower, both the Porsche Boxster and the Nissan 370Z are true sportscars.
Handling
With its tighter turning radius, the Nissan is quite certainly nimbler than the Porsche Boxster, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; on the other hand, bear in mind that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.
Drivetrain
The 370Z has a larger engine than the Porsche Boxster. Bear in mind that smaller engines typically get better gas mileage, but a smaller engine usually has to work a little harder.
The 370Z packs quite a punch compared to the Porsche as far as torque, which is roughly equivalent to acceleration.
The Porsche could learn a lesson or two from the Nissan 370Z regarding pickup.
Utility
Neither the Porsche nor the Nissan 370Z has a marked advantage with respect to seating capacity.
Comfort
While the front cabin in the Nissan 370Z offers a bit more head room than the Porsche Boxster, there frankly isn't much of a difference.
Dimensions
The Nissan 370Z is tremendously more bulky than the Boxster.
The Porsche's tank is about the same size as the Nissan 370Z's, though the Nissan 370Z's is a bit bigger.
The Nissan and the Porsche compete for the same parking spaces.
Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. The Nissan 370Z is considerably cheaper to get to the dealership than the Porsche.
Regarding MSRP, the Nissan 370Z costs substantially less than the Porsche.
Warranty
The basic warranty that comes with the 370Z isn't quite as generous as the Porsche Boxster's.
