Porsche Boxster vs. BMW 128 Review

Drivers with frequent kid-duty might favor the 128 over the Porsche.

While the front cabin in the Boxster offers a bit more head room than the 128, there honestly isn't much of a difference.

Dimensions
The BMW 128 is tremendously heavier than the Porsche Boxster. Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the Porsche Boxster than the BMW 128 because of its bigger tank. The BMW 128 and the Porsche Boxster compete for the same parking spaces. The Porsche Boxster's shorter wheelbase will likely give a more agile feel in daily traffic. However, the BMW 128 is likely to have a smoother, more stable ride.

Performance
In terms of horsepower, the Porsche Boxster packs quite a wallop and will knock the BMW down a few rungs. However, remember that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Handling
With their comparable turning circles, the BMW and the Porsche Boxster likely handle about the same into and out of tight spots.
