The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs roughly the same to get the Subaru Impreza to the dealership as the Pontiac Vibe. There honestly isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the Pontiac Vibe is slightly more economical than the Impreza. The Impreza doesn't pale in comparison to the Pontiac Vibe as far as gas mileage. Regarding MSRP, the Subaru Impreza costs significantly more than the Pontiac Vibe.

Utility
The Pontiac Vibe and the Subaru Impreza can accommodate the same number of passengers.

Convenience
You will most certainly have to visit your friendly gas station more often with the Pontiac Vibe than with the Subaru Impreza.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Pontiac Vibe offers a bit more head room than the Subaru Impreza, there honestly isn't much of a difference. The ampler interior dimensions of the Pontiac Vibe make it considerably roomier for your passengers than the Subaru.

Dimensions
The Subaru is tremendously heavier than the Vibe. Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the Subaru Impreza than the Pontiac Vibe because of its larger tank. The Pontiac Vibe and the Subaru Impreza compete for the same parking spaces.

Performance
Regarding horsepower, the Subaru Impreza packs quite a wallop and will knock the Pontiac Vibe down a few rungs. On the other hand, remember that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

With their comparable turning radii, the Impreza and the Pontiac Vibe definitely handle almost the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Subaru Impreza has a more sizeable engine than the Pontiac Vibe. Note that smaller engines typically get better gas mileage, but a smaller engine usually has to work a little harder.
