The 2009 Pontiac Torrent is a crossover sport utility vehicle that appeals to either families on the go or singles who like all the great features of a car with the room of an SUV.

The Torrent is available in two engine types.  A 3.4-liter, 185-horsepower V-6 five-speed automatic with Adaptive Learning Capability comes standard.
