Handling
With their comparable turning circles, the Nissan Xterra and the Mitsubishi Endeavor most certainly handle about the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Nissan's engine isn't much larger than the Mitsubishi Endeavor's. Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the Nissan Xterra isn't much more powerful than the Mitsubishi.

Utility
The Nissan Xterra and the Endeavor can accommodate the same number of passengers. The Nissan Xterra is a better choice than the Mitsubishi Endeavor when it comes to transporting cargo, especially if you frequently need to carry a lot of gear or massive pets. The Nissan outpulls the Mitsubishi by a large margin.

Convenience
You'll most definitely take the Nissan Xterra for a fill-up about as often as the Mitsubishi Endeavor.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Xterra offers a bit more head room than the Mitsubishi Endeavor, there really isn't much of a difference. The ampler interior dimensions of the Endeavor make it substantially roomier for your passengers than the Xterra.
