With their similar turning radii, the Dodge and the Nissan Titan most certainly handle roughly the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Nissan and the Dodge Ram 2500 have similar-sized engines, with a slight advantage to the Dodge Ram 2500. Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the Dodge Ram 2500 isn't much more powerful than the Nissan Titan.

Utility
Neither the Ram 2500 nor the Nissan has a marked advantage with respect to seating capacity. The Dodge is a better choice than the Nissan when it comes to transporting cargo, especially if you often need to carry a lot of cargo or large animals. Towing is significantly more the Dodge's forte than it is the Nissan Titan's.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Nissan offers a bit more head room than the Dodge Ram 2500, there frankly isn't much of a difference. The ampler interior dimensions of the Ram 2500 make it significantly more spacious for your passengers than the Nissan Titan.

The Ram 2500 is substantially heavier than the Titan. Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the Dodge than the Titan because of its bigger tank. The Nissan Titan and the Dodge compete for the same parking spaces.

The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. The Nissan Titan is considerably cheaper to get to the dealership than the Dodge Ram 2500. Regarding MSRP, the Ram 2500 costs substantially more than the Titan.
