The Kia Sedona and the Quest can accommodate the same number of passengers. The Nissan Quest outpulls the Kia Sedona by a sizeable margin.

Convenience
The Nissan Quest's fuel tank will need to be replenished slightly more often than the unit in the Kia Sedona.

While the front cabin in the Nissan Quest offers a bit more head room than the Sedona, there frankly isn't much of a difference. The Nissan Quest provides more head- and leg-room to your passengers than the Kia does.

Dimensions
The Nissan Quest's tank is almost the same size as the Kia's, though the Sedona's is somewhat larger. The Kia Sedona and the Quest compete for the same parking spaces.

Handling
With their comparable turning circles, the Kia Sedona and the Quest definitely handle approximately the same into and out of tight spots.
