It costs roughly the same to get the Quest to the dealership as the Dodge Grand Caravan. Regarding gas mileage, the Dodge Grand Caravan is a little better than the Nissan Quest, but not by much. The Quest won't save you much money at the pump compared to the Dodge. With respect to MSRP, the Nissan Quest costs considerably more than the Dodge Grand Caravan.
