2008 Nissan Quest Overview
Combining flexible seating configurations, innovative technologies, and modern design, the 2008 Nissan Quest is a minivan for busy families with a variety of needs. The Quest is sold in four variations – 3.5, 3.5 S, 3.5 SL and 3.5 SE. All trim levels share a powerful and efficient 3.5 liter V6 generating 235 horsepower, making this one of the most powerful minivans available. The standard 5-speed automatic transmission provides smooth shifting and easy cruising at highway speeds. To create additional cargo space, the 2nd-row seats tilt forward for easy access to the 3rd row, and slide forward and back to maximize leg room. With all seats down, there’s room for items up to eight feet long. The refined interior features available programmable driver's seat, mirrors and power pedals that can all be activated with the keyless remote. Available dual zone automatic temperature control sets the perfect temperature for the driver and front passenger. The innovative SkyView™ glass-paneled roof is a class exclusive feature, allowing rear passengers to take in the skyline or pull the shades if they like. Interior options include a Panasonic® DVD Entertainment System with a second-row 8” monitor, DVD player with auxiliary inputs, remote control, two wireless headsets, and dual media playback. An optional Digital Bose® audio system with in-dash 6-cd changer and MP3/WMA playback capability creates an amazing audio experience. The optional Nissan Navigation System incorporates a 7” touch LCD touch screen and DVD atlas for superior maps and interactivity. Standard 4-wheel anti-lock brakes with Electronic Brake Force Distribution and Brake Assist help provide maximum braking power in any situation. Standard dual front airbags, seat-mounted side-impact airbags, and roof-mounted curtain side-impact airbags helped the Quest achieve a 5-star front and side impact crash test rating. As minivans are becoming a dying breed, the 2008 Nissan Quest is a very capable family hauler, incorporating great cargo room, excellent safety features, and enticing entertainment options. |
