Drivers with frequent kid-duty might favor the Kia over the Nissan. Towing is substantially more the Kia Borrego's forte than it is the Nissan Murano's.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Borrego packs quite a wallop and will knock the Nissan Murano down a few rungs. However, note that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Dimensions
The Borrego is considerably more bulky than the Nissan. The Borrego's tank is almost the same size as the Nissan Murano's, though the Nissan Murano's is a little bigger. The Nissan Murano and the Kia Borrego compete for the same parking spaces.

Convenience
The Kia Borrego's fuel tank will need to be replenished more often than the unit in the Nissan Murano.

The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs roughly the same to get the Kia Borrego to the dealership as the Nissan Murano. The Kia Borrego requires a lot of gasoline compared to the Murano. With respect to fuel economy, the Nissan Murano and the Kia Borrego don't differ much. The Kia Borrego isn't much less costly than the Nissan Murano when it comes to MSRP.

With their similar turning radii, the Kia Borrego and the Nissan Murano definitely handle about the same into and out of tight spots.

The Borrego's engine isn't much larger than the Nissan Murano's. The Nissan has no lessons to learn in terms of torque from the Borrego.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Nissan offers a bit more head room than the Borrego, there honestly isn't much of a difference. The Kia is not particularly more spacious for your passengers than the Nissan Murano.

The basic warranty that comes with the Nissan Murano isn't quite as generous as the Kia Borrego's.
