Nissan Murano vs. Honda Pilot Review

Drivers with frequent child-duty might favor the Honda Pilot over the Nissan Murano. There's no clear winner between the Pilot and the Nissan Murano regarding transporting cargo.

Dimensions
The Pilot is substantially heavier than the Nissan Murano. The Honda Pilot's tank is almost the same size as the Nissan Murano's, though the Nissan Murano's is a little larger. The Murano and the Honda Pilot compete for the same parking spaces.

Convenience
You'll definitely take the Honda Pilot for a fill-up about as often as the Nissan Murano.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs roughly the same to get the Honda to the dealership as the Nissan. There really isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the Nissan is slightly more economical than the Pilot. In terms of fuel economy, the Honda Pilot and the Nissan Murano don't differ much. The Nissan Murano isn't much less pricey than the Honda Pilot when it comes to MSRP.

Handling
With their similar turning radii, the Nissan Murano and the Pilot quite certainly handle about the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Honda Pilot's engine is somewhat smaller than the Nissan Murano's, but not terribly so. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the Honda Pilot isn't much more powerful than the Nissan Murano.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Nissan Murano offers a bit more head room than the Pilot, there really isn't much of a difference. The ampler interior dimensions of the Honda Pilot make it substantially roomier for your passengers than the Nissan.

The Nissan Murano and the Honda Pilot have the same basic warranty.
