Nissan Murano vs. GMC Envoy Review

There's no clear winner between the Nissan Murano and the GMC Envoy with respect to hauling capacity. Neither the Nissan Murano nor the GMC Envoy has a marked advantage regarding seating capacity. Towing is substantially more the GMC Envoy's forte than it is the Nissan Murano's.

Dimensions
The Envoy is markedly heavier than the Nissan Murano. The Nissan Murano's tank is about the same size as the GMC's, though the Envoy's is somewhat more capacious. The GMC Envoy rides lower than the Nissan Murano, which is a good thing for its center of gravity and ease of access. The Nissan and the Envoy compete for the same parking spaces.

Convenience
You'll quite certainly have to take the GMC Envoy for a fill-up more often than the Nissan because of its tank size and fuel economy.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs approximately the same to get the Nissan Murano to the dealership as the GMC Envoy. Producing an exact gas mileage evaluation is so hard that some think not even the federal government can do it, but it looks as though the Nissan Murano is the winner as far as fuel economy. The GMC requires a lot of gasoline compared to the Nissan Murano. The Murano isn't much less expensive than the GMC Envoy regarding MSRP.

Handling
The Envoy and the Nissan Murano have approximately comparable tires. With their comparable turning circles, the GMC and the Nissan Murano most definitely handle roughly the same into and out of tight spots.
