Nissan Murano vs. Chevrolet TrailBlazer Review

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs about the same to get the TrailBlazer to the dealership as the Nissan Murano. The Nissan Murano will save you money at the pump compared to the Chevrolet. The Chevrolet TrailBlazer pales in comparison to the Nissan Murano regarding fuel economy. The TrailBlazer isn't much costlier than the Nissan in terms of MSRP.

Utility
Neither the TrailBlazer nor the Murano has a marked advantage in terms of seating capacity. There's no clear winner between the Murano and the Chevrolet TrailBlazer regarding hauling capacity. The Chevrolet outpulls the Nissan Murano by a massive margin.

Convenience
You will quite certainly have to visit your friendly gas station more often with the Chevrolet TrailBlazer than with the Nissan Murano.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Chevrolet TrailBlazer offers a bit more head room than the Murano, there frankly isn't much of a difference. The Chevrolet TrailBlazer is not particularly more spacious for your passengers than the Nissan Murano.

Dimensions
The Chevrolet is substantially more bulky than the Nissan. The Nissan Murano's tank is approximately the same size as the TrailBlazer's, though the Chevrolet TrailBlazer's is slightly larger. The Nissan Murano and the Chevrolet TrailBlazer compete for the same parking spaces.

Handling
With their comparable turning radii, the Chevrolet TrailBlazer and the Nissan Murano most definitely handle almost the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Nissan Murano's engine is substantially smaller than the Chevrolet TrailBlazer's. Note that a smaller engine usually has to work a little harder; on the flip side, smaller engines are often cheaper to fix. The Nissan Murano could learn a lesson or two from the Chevrolet TrailBlazer as far as pickup. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the Chevrolet TrailBlazer is substantially more powerful than the Nissan Murano.

The Nissan Murano and the Chevrolet TrailBlazer have the same basic after-sale protection.
