The MINI Cooper will most definitely prove handier than the Saturn Sky for those of you with frequent kid-cargo.

Performance
As far as horsepower, the Saturn Sky packs quite a punch and will knock the MINI down a few rungs. On the flip side, note that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Dimensions
The Saturn Sky's tank is roughly the same size as the MINI Cooper's, though the MINI Cooper's is a tad larger. The MINI Cooper and the Saturn Sky compete for the same parking spaces.

Convenience
The Sky's fuel tank will need to be replenished more often than the unit in the MINI Cooper.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs about the same to get the Saturn Sky to the dealership as the MINI Cooper. When it comes to gas mileage, the MINI bests the Saturn Sky. The Saturn Sky guzzles a lot of gasoline compared to the MINI. As far as MSRP, the MINI Cooper costs significantly less than the Saturn Sky. The Saturn Sky will cost you a lots_of_money in gasoline every year compared to the MINI Cooper.

Drivetrain
The Saturn Sky has a bigger engine than the MINI Cooper. Remember that smaller engines typically get better gas mileage, but a smaller engine usually has to work a little harder.
