2009 Mercury Sable Overview

Sharing the limelight with the resurrected Ford Taurus, the Sable continues as the sister vehicle to the legendary sedan, sharing the same vehicle platform, engine, and specifications. Offered in two trim levels, base and Premier, the Sable boasts a powerful 3.5-liter, 263-horsepower Duratec DOHC V-6 and is mated to a six-speed transmission features standard front-wheel drive and optional intelligent all-wheel drive.
