Mazda MAZDASPEED3 vs. Chevrolet HHR Review

Performance
The Chevrolet HHR is likely to feel a tad slow because of its high horsepower-to-weight ratio. With its super low horsepower-to-weight ratio, the Mazda will knock you back into your seat when you accelerate.

Handling
With their comparable turning circles, the Chevrolet HHR and the Mazda indubitably handle roughly the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Chevrolet HHR and the MAZDASPEED MAZDA3 have similar-sized engines, with a slight advantage to the MAZDASPEED MAZDA3. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the Mazda MAZDASPEED MAZDA3 is tremendously more powerful than the HHR. Torque equals pickup, and the Mazda MAZDASPEED MAZDA3 will have picked up and gone by the time the Chevrolet HHR finally gets moving.

Utility
The Mazda and the Chevrolet can accommodate the same number of passengers.

Convenience
You'll very likely have to take the Mazda MAZDASPEED MAZDA3 for a fill-up more often than the Chevrolet HHR because of its tank size and gas mileage. The MAZDASPEED MAZDA3's fuel tank will need to be replenished more often than the unit in the HHR.
