Mazda MAZDA3 vs. Suzuki SX4 Review

Handling
With their similar turning circles, the Mazda MAZDA3 and the Suzuki definitely handle roughly the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the SX4 isn't much more powerful than the Mazda MAZDA3. The Mazda has no lessons to learn regarding pickup from the Suzuki SX4.

Utility
The Mazda and the Suzuki SX4 can accommodate the same number of passengers.

Convenience
The SX4's fuel tank will need to be replenished a tad more often than the unit in the Mazda MAZDA3.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Suzuki offers a bit more head room than the Mazda MAZDA3, there frankly isn't much of a difference. While the rear of the Suzuki SX4 provides a bit more head- and leg-room than the Mazda, there honestly isn't much of a difference.

Dimensions
Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the MAZDA3 than the SX4 because of its larger tank. The Suzuki SX4 and the Mazda MAZDA3 compete for the same parking spaces.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs almost the same to get the Suzuki SX4 to the dealership as the Mazda MAZDA3. With respect to fuel economy, the SX4 has the Mazda MAZDA3 beat. With respect to fuel economy, the Suzuki SX4 is a little better than the Mazda MAZDA3, but not by much. The Mazda MAZDA3 isn't much costlier than the Suzuki SX4 with respect to MSRP.

The SX4 and the Mazda MAZDA3 have the same basic after-sale protection.
