The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. The Lincoln MKS is substantially cheaper to get to the dealership than the Lincoln Town Car. There isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the Town Car is a little more economical than the Lincoln MKS. The MKS is considerably less expensive than the Lincoln Town Car as far as MSRP.

Handling
With their similar turning radii, the MKS and the Lincoln Town Car likely handle roughly the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The MKS's engine is significantly smaller than the Town Car's. Keep in mind that a smaller engine usually has to work a little harder; on the flip side, smaller engines typically get better gas mileage.

While the front cabin in the Lincoln MKS offers a bit more head room than the Lincoln Town Car, there really isn't much of a difference. The Lincoln MKS is not particularly more spacious for your passengers than the Lincoln Town Car.
