Lincoln Navigator L vs. Cadillac Escalade Hybrid Review

Performance
With that kind of horsepower, both the Lincoln and the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid are legitimate sportscars.

Handling
With its tighter turning circle, the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid is most certainly nimbler than the Lincoln, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; on the other hand, note that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.

Drivetrain
The Navigator L and the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid have similar-sized engines, with a slight advantage to the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid. The Lincoln Navigator L has no lessons to learn as far as torque from the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid isn't much more powerful than the Lincoln Navigator L.

Utility
Neither the Navigator L nor the Escalade Hybrid has a marked advantage in terms of seating capacity. The Lincoln Navigator L is a better choice than the Escalade Hybrid regarding transporting cargo, especially if you often need to carry a lot of loot or large pets.

Comfort
Taller drivers will substantially enjoy the extra head room in the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid's front cabin compared to the Lincoln Navigator L. While the rear of the Lincoln Navigator L provides a bit more head- and leg-room than the Escalade Hybrid, there honestly isn't much of a difference.

Dimensions
The Lincoln Navigator L is significantly heavier than the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid. Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the Lincoln Navigator L than the Escalade Hybrid because of its larger tank. The Cadillac Escalade Hybrid and the Navigator L compete for the same parking spaces. The Cadillac Escalade Hybrid's shorter wheelbase may produce a less-settled highway ride but a sprier feel in daily traffic than the Lincoln Navigator L.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs roughly the same to get the Lincoln to the dealership as the Cadillac. The Cadillac Escalade Hybrid is tremendously more expensive than the Lincoln Navigator L with respect to MSRP.

Warranty
The Cadillac Escalade Hybrid and the Lincoln Navigator L have the same basic warranty.
